This is a question we are asked often, and it deserves a real answer instead of a borrowed one. A Satanist Witch is not simply a Witch who happens to also call themselves a Satanist, nor a Satanist who dabbles in spellcraft as a side interest. Within Brotherhood Generational Satanism the two are one and the same Path. To be a Satanist Witch means you walk the Left Hand Path as a devoted servant of Satan while also being a working practitioner of the Craft, using Ritual, Magick, and Occult knowledge as living expressions of your Satanic Philosophy rather than as a separate hobby practiced apart from your beliefs.
This sets the Satanist Witch apart from the popular modern image of the Witch promoted by many Wiccan and fluff bunny traditions, who often insist that true Witchcraft has nothing to do with Satan. The Brotherhood knows this to be false. Long before the Gardnerian Wiccan movement took shape, hereditary Witchcraft and Satanism were deeply intertwined through the Old Craft and the generational families who kept both traditions alive in secret. The Satanist Witch honors this older, unbroken lineage rather than the sanitized version of Witchcraft popularized in recent decades.
A Satanist Witch works Magick with intention and purpose, always in service to Satan and never as an empty aesthetic. This includes Ritual practice, spellcraft, divination, herb and stone work, and communion with the Demonic realm, all approached with the discipline the Brotherhood teaches through its School of Instruction. A Satanist Witch does not fear the Dark Arts. They study them, respect them, and use them wisely, understanding that real Magick carries real responsibility.
Being a Satanist Witch also means embracing both the Demonic and the Divine within yourself. You do not stand outside of Nature calling upon it from a distance; you stand within it, understanding that the Old Gods, the Horned God, and the Dark Goddess were never separate from Satan but were always aspects of the same truth the Church tried to bury. The Satanist Witch reclaims that truth openly.
Above all, a Satanist Witch is a Satanist first. Your Craft serves your Philosophy and your dedication to Satan; it does not replace it. If you feel called to walk this Path, know that it demands both wisdom and Will, and that it is one of the most rewarding forms of Satanic practice within the Brotherhood.
